• Group Service Card - Requirements for issue

    Group Service is an Autogrill Italia S.p.A. initiative reserved for bus drivers in possession of a D, D1, D+E, D1+E driving licence, a CQC driver qualification card for the carriage of goods only and the vehicle’s registration certificate; and for tourist guides in possession of a personal identification card for the exercise of the profession of tourist guide and tour leader (hereafter also “Initiative”).
    Participation in the Initiative gives members access to a series of benefits - described in more detail below - at every stop at Autogrill’s premises and other brands in its possession - managed by Autogrill Italia S.p.A. either directly or through other Group companies - located on the Italian motorway network and/or on ordinary roads (state roads, provincial roads, etc.).

  • How to join the Initiative
  • Customers meeting the requirements set forth in Article 1 may join the Initiative:
    by requesting a Group Service Card at the Points of Sale participating in the Initiative upon presentation of the documents indicated in article 1;
    by contacting Customer Care on the freephone number 800 069 069, who will provide the person concerned with a 16-digit code (hereafter the “User Code”) to be entered when registering on the website.
    Regardless of how they join, subscribers to the Initiative will have access to the benefits set out in Article 4 below only after registering with the My Autogrill loyalty programme on the website, associating the Group Service Card or User Code to their My Autogrill profile, filling in all fields with the required data and uploading the documents.

    Registration for the Initiative is free of charge and the Group Service Card and/or User Code is personal and non-transferable to third parties.

    If it is found - during the period of validity of the Initiative - that the requirements set out in Article 1 of these Rules are not met or are no longer met, and more generally in all cases of unlawful and/or improper use of the Group Service Card and/or User Code, including by third parties, Autogrill reserves the right to deactivate the Group Service Card/User Code, with the consequent automatic forfeiture of the advantages and benefits provided for in these Rules.

    If you lose your Group Service Card, you must immediately notify Autogrill Italia by sending an email to or by calling the freephone number 800 069 069 (for calls from Italy only). In the absence of such notification, a new Group Service Card cannot be issued or a new User Code activated with express indemnity against Autogrill in the event of any fraudulent and/or unlawful use, even by third parties.

    The person referred to in Article 1 of these Rules shall be entitled to the issue of only one Group Service Card or the activation of only one User Code. If, following checks and/or verifications carried out, it is found that the same person holds more than one Group Service Card or more than one User Code, Autogrill Italia S.p.A. will deactivate them and the points accumulated on the MyAutogrill profile associated with the Initiative generated through the use of the Group Service or User Code will be reset.
