Group Service Card - Requirements for issue Group Service is an Autogrill Italia S.p.A. initiative reserved for bus drivers in possession of a D, D1, D+E, D1+E driving licence, a CQC driver qualification card for the carriage of goods only and the vehicle’s registration certificate; and for tourist guides in possession of a personal identification card for the exercise of the profession of tourist guide and tour leader (hereafter also “Initiative”).
Participation in the Initiative gives members access to a series of benefits - described in more detail below - at every stop at Autogrill’s premises and other brands in its possession - managed by Autogrill Italia S.p.A. either directly or through other Group companies - located on the Italian motorway network and/or on ordinary roads (state roads, provincial roads, etc.).
How to join the Initiative -
Customers meeting the requirements set forth in Article 1 may join the Initiative:
by requesting a Group Service Card at the Points of Sale participating in the Initiative upon presentation of the documents indicated in article 1;
or
by contacting Customer Care on the freephone number 800 069 069, who will provide the person concerned with a 16-digit code (hereafter the “User Code”) to be entered when registering on the http://myautogrill.it website.
Regardless of how they join, subscribers to the Initiative will have access to the benefits set out in Article 4 below only after registering with the My Autogrill loyalty programme on the http://myautogrill.it website, associating the Group Service Card or User Code to their My Autogrill profile, filling in all fields with the required data and uploading the documents.
Registration for the Initiative is free of charge and the Group Service Card and/or User Code is personal and non-transferable to third parties.
If it is found - during the period of validity of the Initiative - that the requirements set out in Article 1 of these Rules are not met or are no longer met, and more generally in all cases of unlawful and/or improper use of the Group Service Card and/or User Code, including by third parties, Autogrill reserves the right to deactivate the Group Service Card/User Code, with the consequent automatic forfeiture of the advantages and benefits provided for in these Rules.
If you lose your Group Service Card, you must immediately notify Autogrill Italia by sending an email to informazioni@autogrill.net or by calling the freephone number 800 069 069 (for calls from Italy only). In the absence of such notification, a new Group Service Card cannot be issued or a new User Code activated with express indemnity against Autogrill in the event of any fraudulent and/or unlawful use, even by third parties.
The person referred to in Article 1 of these Rules shall be entitled to the issue of only one Group Service Card or the activation of only one User Code. If, following checks and/or verifications carried out, it is found that the same person holds more than one Group Service Card or more than one User Code, Autogrill Italia S.p.A. will deactivate them and the points accumulated on the MyAutogrill profile associated with the Initiative generated through the use of the Group Service or User Code will be reset.
Initiative duration The terms and conditions set forth herein are valid and effective from 4.08.2023 until 30.11.2023
Advantages for subscribers to the Initiative At each stop at Autogrill Points of Sale, when accompanied by a group of at least 10 people, subscribers to the Initiative will be entitled to a free meal for one person at the snack bar or restaurant with a maximum combination of 4 different items at the snack bar, e.g. 1 sandwich/pizza + 1 drink + 1 dessert/fruit + 1 coffee, and 5 different items at the restaurant, e.g. 1 first course + 1 second course + 1 side dish/dessert + 1 drink + 1 coffee. There is no accumulation of My Autogrill coffee points if the customer uses the free meal. The aforementioned discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions and initiatives.
Autogrill Italia S.p.A. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of these Rules at any time by giving at least 15 days’ notice to subscribers to the Initiative. After the aforementioned period of time has elapsed from receipt of the notice by Autogrill Italia S.p.A. without the subscriber to the Initiative having communicated his or her intention to withdraw from the Initiative, by sending a request to unsubscribe to the e-mail address informazioni@autogrill.net, the aforementioned changes will be deemed to have been definitively accepted.
Participation in the Initiative entails the processing of participants’ personal data, which will be carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree No. 196/03 and subsequent amendments.
The personal data provided by the participants will be processed, by means of computerised and/or paper media, exclusively for the management of the fulfilments related to the initiative and at any time the rights set forth in art. 15 of the GDPR may be exercised.
6.1 Purpose of processing
Autogrill collects the personal data that you provide when you subscribe to the Group Service programme, in order to allow you to take advantage of the services and initiatives connected to it.
In particular, in order to join Group Service it is necessary to provide a copy of your C driving licence or CQC Driver Qualification Card and your vehicle registration certificate in order to prove that you are a driver of trucks and/or vans for the transport of goods.
The provision of the aforementioned documents is necessary in order to register for the Group Service programme, and any refusal to do so shall render it impossible to subscribe to the programme and use the services.
6.2 Legal basis of the processing

6.3. Disclosure of your personal data to third parties
Personal data are accessible to our duly authorised staff (e.g. staff in CRM, Retail, IT functions) on a need-to-know basis and are disclosed to third parties in the following cases:
(i) when communication is required by applicable laws and regulations with respect to legitimate third party recipients, such as authorities and public bodies for their respective institutional purposes, e.g. anti-money laundering rules, judicial authorities;
(ii) communication to third parties in the event of one-off operations (e.g. mergers, acquisitions, business transfers, etc.).
Personal data may also be shared with our service providers, e.g. for services of a technical and organisational nature that are functional to the above-mentioned purposes. We only provide these parties with the data necessary to perform the agreed services, and they act as data processors on the basis of Autogrill’s instructions. It is understood that Autogrill will not disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.
6.4. Personal data retention:
Your personal data will be kept by Autogrill for the period of time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which your personal data were collected, i.e. to provide the services deriving from your subscription to the Group Service Card programme, as well as to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
The data will be deleted or permanently anonymised when the above-mentioned purposes have been achieved, unless Autogrill is required to keep the data for a longer period to fulfil legal or regulatory obligations.

You may contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at any time at the following email address: dpo@autogrill.net.
The Data Subject may contact the Data Controller or the Data Protection Officer at the above-mentioned addresses to obtain an updated list of our External Data Processors, of the subjects to whom the data is disclosed and to exercise at any time the rights set forth in Art. 15 ff. of the GDPR.
